RESTORATIVE YOGA - The Art of Relaxation

Explores the capacity to relax deeply, to understand the body and mind more intimately. Restorative yoga works with the mind and nervous system through techniques and props like cushions, blankets, blocks and straps to help the practitioner to reach deep relaxations, stillness, inner peace and many physical benefits as it improves memory and increases concentration and immune system function. 

POWER VINYASA YOGA: Energize Your Body

Power Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic, dynamic yoga style that boosts strength, flexibility, endurance, and provides a fast-paced cardio workout. Join us to energize your day and enhance focus with this invigorating practice for a dynamic lifestyle.

Yoga with Props - Finding Our Sacred Geometry 

Āsanas are not just simple exercises; they allow us to study our body and mind, and to understand our limits, tendencies, and potential. Iyengar developed the practice of āsanas to a level of art and science. In the Yoga with Props class, the props (blocks, bolsters, belts, kurunta, dharma heel...) help us perform and feel the āsanas, finding the sacred geometry of our body, which is unique. They provide a sense of direction and understanding - allowing us to open up space to find the perfect alignment for our skeleton, bringing us to the bhava (attitude) of the āsana. After this physical workshop, we finish the class with a Restorative Yoga pose. This class is perfect for those who are starting their yoga journey or want to deepen their practice.
