Our Soul Sunday class, inspired by Karma Yoga - the "yoga of selfless action", is held one Sunday a month and is donation-based, making it accessible to everyone.

 

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a welcoming space to connect with yourself and others through mindful movement, breath, and intention.

Each Soul Sunday class features a unique theme, guiding you through a holistic journey of asanas, mudras, mythology, and intention. These themes explored each month allow participants to delve into different aspects of their practice, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.

One Sunday a month and is donation-based.

*Part of the donations will be given to the cows of Villa Vindravana or other institutions that rescue animals.

In the class, you'll experience a balanced flow designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind and heart, while cultivating awareness and a sense of purpose.

The Teacher

Livia Oliveira

Yoga Teacher - EYT 500

Livia Oliveira, Yoga teacher and founder of Casa Opy in Florence, Italy, began her yoga journey in 2000. Over the years, she has completed various trainings with teachers like Greta Hill, Janet Stone, and Ameriga Giannone, deepening her understanding of the biomechanics of asanas and incorporating Vinyasa and its subtle energies. In recent years, she has taught at major studios in Florence and across Europe, always honoring the teachings of Rasa Yoga®. Now her classes are held at Casa Opy. In addition to her work with yoga, she is dedicated to studying Hindu philosophy, shamanism, and Cacao in ancient Maya and Mesoamerica.
