Restorative Yoga

EXPLORE THE CAPACITY TO RELAX DEEPLY, TO UNDERSTAND THE BODY AND MIND MORE INTIMATELY. A JOURNEY FOLLOWED BY THE SOUNDS OF NATURE

The Restorative Yoga works with the mind through pranayama techniques and props like cushions, blankets, blocks and straps to help the practitioner to reach deep relaxations, stillness, inner peace and many physical benefits as improves memory, increases concentration and immune system function, and bring awareness to the subtle body.

This class is accompanied by a natural sound bath. The sounds of nature have a therapeutic function and a "restorative" effect on our mind.  Sounds of birds and rivers alter the connections established in the brain, reducing our natural instinct to be alert for potential threats.

They are engraved in our DNA and our brain recognizes them.  In addition to helping reduce stress, listening to them helps reduce anxiety.

The Sound Bath, with calming sounds of instruments like singing bowls, enhances this relaxation by promoting tranquility and inner balance, helping participants to unwind and rejuvenate on a deeper level.
