The flow
Hatha Flow is rooted in the timeless tradition of Bhakti Yoga, serving as the foundational source from which all other Yoga styles have evolved.
It is well-suited for individuals looking to enhance both physical vitality and mental well-being.
The session concludes with restorative postures, a practice known as Restorative Yoga, which allows participants to experience profound relaxation and rejuvenation.
