Hatha Flow - Back to Basics

Burn & Power Flow - 45 minutes for your physical & mental development
This 45-minute class is designed to challenge and engage your body, optimizing fat burning and muscle strengthening through a series of dynamic and toning movements. The session begins with 5 minutes of grounding to calm the mind, followed by 30 minutes of intense physical exercises that boost metabolism and target key muscle groups, including the arms, abdomen, and glutes.
